Scunthorpe programme

The Scorpions having won at Ipswich looked to have a tasty team, but they were held to a draw when the Witches came north. The Tigers made light of a poor six point return from Simon's guest replacement to lead by 14 points at one stage of the match. Apart from Josh Auty's four wins the Scorpions only other race winner was Ryan Douglas in the last heat. By comparison all of the Tigers except Nathan won at least one race and my man of the match award goes to Dmitri. Jason Garrity's second place ahead of Josh Auty in heat 15 gave the Tigers the extra match point which could well prove valuable.
