This match was re-run on a circuit which was just as wet as the original rain-off, but with James Grieves eligible to ride. Gary Havelock won the toss and chose gates 2&4. He then gated first to win heat 1. Lee Smethills trapped ahead to win heat 2 and Sam Martin passed Arlo Bugeja to put the Tigers ahead. André got a flyer to win heat 3 and Paul Cooper beat Josh Auty to extend the lead. The starting gate played up at the start of heat 4 and when it eventually worked it was Ben Wilson and Lee Smethills who led the way, but Ty Proctor picked the field off one by one for a well deserved win. James Grieves won heat 5 from Ricky Ashworth but Joel was experiencing machine problems and lost his place to Josh. Five heats down and the Tigers hold a slender two point lead.

Gary and Arlo took a comfortable win in heat 6 to put the Bears ahead for the first time. Paul led the field to win heat 7 ahead of Ty but André was caught napping and never looked like catching Arlo. Ty is out again as rider replacement in heat 8 and gates to win from Joel with Dan Giffard third ahead of Lee Smethills. Ben made a good start to lead heat 9 but James Grieves passes him on the first lap and just does enough to hold Ben off. André wins heat 10 although Gary nearly caught him on the sprint to the finish line and rider replacement Josh gets his revenge on Paul. Two thirds into the match and the Bears now have a six point lead.

Ricky and Joel survive a physical first bend to take maximum points from heat 11 and put the Tigers back into contention. Lee replaces Sam in heat 12 and he gates ahead but Dan and James waste little time in picking him off while André has no reply. Gary is the impressive winner of heat 13 but it looks like being a shared heat until Ty sneaks between the Tigers pair to beat Ricky to the chequered flag. Not sure why we didn't use a tactical in heat 14, especially when Paul and Lee raced to an accomplished maximum to set up a last heat decider. James and Gary are the Bears nominations while it's Ben and André for the Tigers. Ben got a flyer and won in the fastest time of the night but James and Gary didn't even have to break sweat to outpace André.
