Heat 7, race of the year!

Lasse Bjerre looked determined to show us what a mistake we made by letting him go, and with Ulrich Østergård at reserve it was always going to be an interesting fixture. Thankfully Steve Worrall wasn't at his best and the Diamonds tail failed to score. Danny King completed his home fixtures with another lack lustre performance without a single heat win but Jake Allen was an excellent choice of guest to deputize for Kyle. The return to evening racing under floodlights was very popular and the racing was noticeably better thanks to improved track preparation.
