The Fen Tigers ran out of steam after building an 11 point lead. We tried our best to make it easy for them by missing two opportunities to use a tactical ride, and then attempting to use one when only 9 point adrift! Tom P Madsen hurt his foot after a clash with Ricky in heat 1 and pulled out before heat 13, and Kyle survived a scary crash with Paul Cooper in heat 12 but then was ruled out with double vision. André and Ricky needed a heat advantage from heat 15 to steal victory and they responded with a glorious maximum!
Lots of incidents with Joel and Paul taking two falls each, and James falling three times, but tremendous team spirit in the Sheffield corner of the pits.
