Hard working... Lewis Kerr traps from gate 1 in heat 4 and Tai rounds Richie Worrall into turn 3 to join him. Drew Kemp falls and remounts at the back of the field. Heat 5 and guest Ryan Douglas passes Justin Sedgmen on the second bend and then rounds Richard Lawson to take the lead on the fourth bend. Josh Pickering gives chase and passes Richard on the last lap for a 5-1 and a 6 point lead. See the race on '2023 Season Review' DVD from Clean Cut Sports.

Max Fricke rode a beaut of a race to pass both Lewis and Tai to win heat 6. Jason Edwards traps to win heat 8 but Lewis Kerr and Drew Kemp go neck and neck before Lewis pulls clear on the last lap. Ryan traps from gate 1 to lead heat 11 but goes so wide on turn 2 that he is trailing last down the back straight. Jason leads out of turn 4 and Ryan tries to make up lost ground but runs into Jake Allen at the end of the second lap earning himself an exclusion. Jason was leading when the race was stopped but Richie and Jake made no mistake in the rerun.

A magnificent effort by Jason with Lewis pushing him home for a maximum win in heat 14 put the visitors ahead one more and even Max Fricke couldn't match Tai as the Tigers took all 3 league points home.

This was a big step towards the play-offs so despite Kyle blowing two engines and failing to score the magnificent 17 point return from our two guests Ryan Douglas and Jason Edwards more than compensated.
