Top scorer Heat 3 saw Richard Lawson win from the tapes but Tobiasz busting a gut trying every which way and JUST catching Chris Harris on the run to the flag. (See it yourself on the '2023 Season Review' DVD from Clear Cut Sports. Another featured race was heat 8 with Dan Gilkes making a dream start, Kyle joining him until making a silly error on the last bend alowing Justin Sedgmen through into second place. Justin and Max took a convincing 5-1 from heat 10 with nether Tobiasz or Jack able to catch them. Jake Allen gets the drop in heat 14 but is back in 4th place by the end of lap 1. Tobiasz wins but Lewis is pushed very wide as Chris Harris passes him and trails home last. Jack leads from the tapes in heat 15 and takes the wide line but Tobiasz hugs the white line and it's virtually four abreast down the back straight. Richard and Tobi tangle entering turn one and they end up in the fence at the start of the second lap. Richard is disqualified and Jack makes another sweet start to lead in the rerun. Tobi cuts back and passes the previously unbeaten Max Fricke and just manages to stay ahead for the Tigers first 5-1 of the night. It's a 16 point loss though, their biggest of the season.
