Programme cover... The Tigers qualified for the Play Off final thanks to a slender three point reversal at Ashfield two days previously, but it was an expensive result as three of the Tigers crashed out of the meeting. All three declared themselves fit but it had to be accepted that question marks remained.

Josh Grajczonek looked OK as he sped to a win in heat 1, but was forced to withdraw after taking evasive action following a close encounter with Nathan Greaves on the first lap of heat 5. Lasse Bjerre who had been hit by Alfie Bowtell's machine after the youngster had laid down to avoid him in heat 12 at Ashfield, completed five rides but to be honest he never looked entirely himself. Josh Bates who had a precautionary visit to hospital after an horrific looking tumble obviously benefited from the physiotherapy and took four impressive heat wins.

Thankfully Kyle was in good form and finished with two brilliant wins in heats 13 and 15. Todd rode well after a duck in heat 1 and passed Nathan Greaves on his way to victory in heat 8. Jan Graversen had a quiet night by his standards on his way to paid 11 points and Georgie Wood won heat 2 after a cracking start. He looks so confident and rides great lines when he's leading. We have had some poor results at Foxall Heath in the past. We now have a sixteen point lead to defend if we want that Championship trophy. Come on Simon. Get those lads motivated!
