Impressive performance... Josh Grajczonek sped from gate 4 to win heat 1 but Jan Graversen lost the elbow jousting on the first turn and Richie Worrall held him at bay. Jan was pulled back for a perfect start to heat 2, and was nearly as fast to win the restart. Georgie was hot on Tom Perry's exhaust but couldn't find his way past. Josh Bates trapped to win heat 3 but Lasse Bjerre was mugged on the first turn and couldn't get the better of Mason Campton. Kyle Haworth held off the hard pressing Jack Smith to win heat 4 and Richard Lawson picked off Georgie on the first lap. Mason trapped and once again held off Lasse and with Richie Worrall passing JoshB the visitors broke the deadlock and lead by two points.

JoshG trapped to win heat 6 but Richard had to be inch perfect to prevent Jan bursting through on the inside. Jan's point leveled the scores again. Kyle had a good battle for the lead of heat 7 with Aaron Summers and Georgie worked hard to contain the impressive Jack. Mason sped away to win heat 8 from hard pressing Jan and JoshB. Lasse squeezed between Richard and the 2nd bend fence to lead heat 9 and Josh beat Tom for another heat advantage. JoshG led heat 10 but Aaron had another struggle to hold off hard working Jan. Home Tigers lead by six points.

Kyle was impressive winning heat 11 from Richie and Mason and maintaining the six point lead. Lasse trapped to win heat 12 and after a closely contested first bend Jan fell trying to go around Jack on the third turn, but then quickly cleared the track. With three heats to go the match was still wide open, although guest Mason was the visitors only race winner so far. Kyle trapped ahead to win heat 13 and JoshG hunted Richard down before passing him on the inside of the second turn on the third lap. Aaron Summers traps and leads heat 14 but JoshB puts him under pressure until Aaron makes a slight mistake exiting turn two on the third lap. JoshB is past in a flash and Jan sees the opportunity and pulls alongside Aaron on the back straight and finishes the move on the inside of the fourth turn to rapturous applause from the home fans. JoshG traps and Kyle rounds Richard out of turn two to join him and complete the 18 point rout. Even Scunthorpe did better than that! Twelve straight wins. Guess we won't make it thirteen as we are at Ashfield on Saturday.
