The management wanted to take on the Monarchs, but succumbed to rider power who preferred the idea of
taming the Scottish Tigers irrespective of how much money they had behind them.
Having proved they were up to the task in the first leg it will be interesting to see how things
progress at Ashfield on Tuesday...
