The Tigers romp to a 5-1 ahead of the reigning champions with
Jack and Kyle leaving Norick Blödorn and Dan Bewley in their wake. Tom Brennan wins the reserves heat from Lewis and Dan G but Jake Mulford trailed
home last. Charles Wright pushes Adam out towards the fence on the first turn allowing Jaimon Lindsey through into the lead of heat 3 and levels the scores.
Tobi wins heat 4 from Brady while after a ding-dong battle Dan G takes 3rd place ahead of Jake Mulford. Jack wins heat 5 from Charles and Kyle with Jaimon
trailing in last and the Tigers lead by 4 points on the night.
Dan Bewley gets his act together and passes Tobi to lead by the second lap of heat 6 and with Norick 3rd their deficit is trimmed. David and
Adam trap to lead heat 7 but Brady dives under the pair at the start of the third lap. Norick traps and wins heat 8 but Kyle shepherd Dan
home ahead of Jake for another shared heat. Lewis and Tobi trap in heat 9 but Jaimon picks off Tobi on lap 3 with Charles last. Heat 10 and
David and Adam are early leaders but only as far as the second turn when both Aces pass Adam. Tigers hanging on grimly to their 4 point lead
and 10 on aggregate
Brady wins heat 11 but Jack passes Tom on the third lap to preserve the Tigers lead. Adam passes the field to lead by the back straight in heat 12
but Lewis and Jaimon both pass him while having their own epic battle. with Lewis taking the flag to restore the Tigers 4 point lead. The big guns are
out in heat 13 and the Tigers pair gate but an outstanding ride by Brady sees him into the lead. Tom and Charles lead the way in heat 13 but David's
persistence is rewarded as he passes Charles for second place setting up a last heat decider. The Aces can win on the night with a 5-1 but the
Tigers already have the aggregate bonus point. Jaimon and Jack are the early leaders but Tobi scorches his way to the front with Brady out of
contention.
A four point away win on the reigning champions home turf and the added bonus of the aggregate win and the Tigers couldn't hope for a better
start to the season. Robert Lambert can name his price now!
