The Tigers provided 9 heat winners to the Bandits 6, but also 11 last places as their second strings were once again found wanting. George Stancl did a marvelous job guesting for Sean and dropped just one point to an opposing rider, and André was only beaten by Franc and Rymel. André was originally nominated for heat 15 but discovered his sub-frame was cracked and Ricky was called in to take his place, unfortunately trailing in last.
Ritchie Hawkins made a triumphant home debut being paid for a dozen points and featuring in the match winning 5-1 with Claus Kristensen in heat 14.
